After looking at other e bikes on the market nas riding a few. I decided on the Earth T. rex trekking.
I picked it up 25/4/2021 and was hoping I made the right choice.
I rode this weapon from Bayswater to Berwick with a total of 32kms I’d travel and wow I’m so impressed.
Can’t wait until tomorrow to ride this again.

I bought this bike in May 2021 and have ridden it pretty much every day since. It really is a great bike. I have primarily used it as a commuter bike with work gear loaded onto the racks, riding ~25km each way. It has also done a number of downhill and multi-day off road trail rides without problems.
To be clear, weighing in 26kg this is not a speed bike, but the 48V, 85NM motor will get you up otherwise impossible hills with ease and the good size battery will keep you rolling far longer than you would expect. I rode my T-Rex >100km in the Brisbane to Gold Coast Cycle Challenge and finished with a few volts to spare. The geometry is comfortable and adjustable to individual riding preferences. The only complaint I have had is that the rear mud guard kept slipping and rubbing on the tyre, so I removed it. I’d also like a couple of extra gears at the top end. However, I’d thoroughly recommend the T-Rex to anyone looking for a do-it-all bike.
